That is why, for Gagan Avencia Phase - 2, Kharadi, Gagan Developers is putting its possession commitment in writing.
Possession of your home will be offered in accordance with the possession date specified in your Agreement for Sale and the project's applicable MahaRERA registration and approvals.
This delay compensation is calculated on the cumulative consideration paid towards your residential unit. Statutory charges, taxes, stamp duty, registration charges and other government levies will not form part of this amount.
Subject to the terms of this commitment, eligible delay compensation for the qualifying period of delay will, either be credited directly to your account or adjusted against the balance payable of your unit – in either case, without requiring you to separately pursue us for each month's entitlement.
Eligible compensation will continue for the qualifying period of developer-attributable delay until the date of Occupancy Certificate, as specifically defined in the binding terms of this commitment and the Agreement for Sale.
In the interest of transparency, this guarantee – like the protections under RERA itself – does not apply to delays caused by force majeure, as defined under RERA, and for such additional time as the possession date stands extended by MahaRERA on account of it. Any such revision will be communicated to you in writing.
